Activate the registration form at the begining of my survey was created by adaviault

Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: Version 6.5.2+240402
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: University server
Survey theme/template: vanilla

Hello,

I would like my survey participants to be able to register before accessing my questionnaire. Last week, I managed to activate this function while testing, but I had to deactivate my questionnaire and it doesn't seem to work anymore. I've attached my current survey settings. Please note that I want my survey to be open-access, as I don't have a list of participants.

After de-activating and re-activating a survey you will need to initiate participants again.
