Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version:  LimeSurvey Cloud   Version 6.4.12
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: LimeSurvey
Survey theme/template: None

Hi there,

I am completely new to LimeSurvey. I want to create a form that lets me collect files. I have tried to change the question summary to a file upload type, but what I see when I run the survey is the attached. I also get the following error when I try to upload a photo:500: Internal Server Error The asset "/limeservice/instances/16/limesurvey/assets/packages/questions/upload" to be published does not exist.Is there a way I can fix the way this looks so it uses the standard LimeSurvey template? Can you also advise what the above error means?

Apologies if this has been answered before or if a thread is already active. Please redirect me to that thread if that is the case.

I think you must contact the Limesurvey GMBH support team.
Forum user can not help here.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. - Professional support - Plugins, theme and development .

Like Denis says, as you are a customer of Limesurvey GmbH, get in touch with them directly by opening a support ticket. Do not let you guide back to the forum. We have no insights on the specific configurations for Limesurvey Pro / SaaS service provided by Limesurvey GmbH.

Only they will be able to do something about this.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
