Missing cursor in list 'Bootstrap dropdpwn' was created by flaviomunoz

Good morning.

I would like to know if you could guide me regarding the following.
I have a 'Bootstrap dropdpwn' query with a list of cities, configured to display the cursor and participants can start typing to search. Depending on the position on the web, the list scrolls up or down, but when scrolling up, the cursor is not visible. Is there any way to force the list to always scroll down? Is there any way to limit the amount of options to display from the list? The latter might also help.

LimeSurvey Cloud Version 6.4.12
