Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: 6.4.3+
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: Both
Survey theme/template: Fruity

The left alignment of the Description does not seem to be normal. The Welcome message and End message are well reflected. I cautiously inquire whether this is a bug issue.

I think center alignement is an issue …

Default must be left, and you have tool to put center
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. - Professional support - Plugins, theme and development .

All other alignment buttons insert a style

Conclusion:
You have to enter the style manually in the "Welcome text" source.
These are minor things.

Yes, and it's an issue :)

Conclusion:
You have to enter the style manually in the "Welcome text" source.
These are minor things.
 
You can shown welcome text at center
You can NOT show description left.

I report this issue today :)
