No title after extending fruity theme was created by declabo

Please help us help you and fill where relevant:
Your LimeSurvey version: Version 5.3.6+220321
Own server or LimeSurvey hosting: own server
Survey theme/template: fruity

Hi,
when I extend the fruity theme without doing any modification, the title of the survey is removed ! I only get an empty title block as seen in the screenshot.
Would you know how to force the title to be seen ?
