In the past I had set up a quiz that would display 10 random questions from a set of 20 created.  See attachment.  The quiz works with the 10 in the first group and displays them randomly, but it is not taking any questions from the second group -- thoughts?

But the LSS export you provided here is not that quiz from the past, right?
I see no code to select 10 out of 20. I see a group of 10 questions which are part of a randomgroup. They will be all displayed in a random order.
Then there is a second group of 7 questions. The group is hidden (relevance 0) and the seven questions are not part of an random group.

What survey behavior are you looking for?  

Take a look at this thread, where the workaround to randomly choosing questions out of a pool was first described.
