Hi,
I am trying to launch a survey with a survey company which recruits respondents. During one of the preliminary tests with the survey company, I had  to find  the ID that they give to the respondents, for the respondents who were screened out.  To screen people out, I set up a quota  with 0 as the limit and put the screen-out URL link that they gave me:  survey.company.com/screenout?p=93351_1a4...&m=%SPM_PANELIST_ID%  in the quota. (I just replaced the name of the company by survey.company in the link)

They told me that I should be able to see a variable named SPM_PANELIST_ID with the ID number they give to the respondents + a screen out status variable with the ID number of the screened-out participants in Limesurvey but I could not find it in Limesurvey. 

Then they only told me that : "In the redirection link it is the %SPM_PANELIST_ID% that will capture the ID of each member"

I only gave the survey company the URL link to my survey which appears in the survey summary in the paragraph "Sharing the questionnaire" :
nameofmysurvey2022.limesurvey.net/263317?lang=fr , when I activated it I chose "open access" and I did not set up participation parameters (I am not too sure if all these choices are optimal as well... ) 

I have been writing to Limesurvey for 10 days now to solve this issue but they have not answered me even though I purchased the expert solution, and I need to launch my survey as soon as possible, so if you could answer me, I would be very grateful...

Hi, I do not really see your problem.

The panel company adds a parameter called "SPM_PANELIST_ID" to the survey link.
Then they want to get back the results of each participant.
Thex gave you the redirect link.

Now what do you do.
You capture the parameter in a question of type "short text".
Because question codes with underscores are not allowed you use "Panel Integration" to store thi parameter in a question, let's call it "Para"
 

Now you have the redirect links for "complete", "screenout", etc.
And the screen out link you enter in your quita management
Here you see, how you give back the stored parameter.
It is in your question "Para".
