i have the limeurvey on the easyphp 14.1 on my server. i have a problem with sending invitations when i use ssl. in debug window i receive

i must enable the php_openssl extension. in the easyphp php.ini this extension is enabled, but i don't know where i find in the limesurvey

i use my own mail server that he requires ssl on port 465 with user and password with certificate
