LimeSurvey Community Edition
Version 5.3.21+220620
(updated to latest version using ComfortUpdate)Problem: If a user creates a user group (i.e. is the owner/creator of the user group), he cannot add this user group (give permissions) to his own surveys. [unintended behavior]However, other members of this user group can add the user group to their own surveys [intended behavior], so the problem affects only the owner/creator.
