I am very new to lime surveys and I am trying to incorporate a double slider that allows respondents to select a range. I have installed the question template file github.com/tpartner/LimeSurvey-Range-Slider-4x-5x/ and followed each of the steps but I still only get text boxes on the question (one for Upper, the other for Lower) instead of sliders.

I also downloaded the demo from this template file and imported it into my account but I get the same issue (where the question shows as text boxes instead of sliders). I get this:

There must be a setting somewhere that I have missed, does anyone have any idea what that might be? I am using LimeSurvey Cloud Version 5.3.19.

I would so appreciate help on this!

Try this:

- Clear the assets in the global settings
- Switch the question(s) to normal multiple-numeric and save
- Re-install the theme with this file
- Switch the question(s) back to range slider and save
