Hi,

Currently I have an issue on performance when submitting the survey and it will took about 10 seconds to redirect to the completed page.

May I know how to reduce the performance of the survey page after submit a survey response?

Thank and Regards.

What is your version of LimeSurvey?
Do you have LimeSurvey on your own server or is it hosted at LimeSurvey GmbH?

How many questions and equations are there in your survey?

That are questions to begin with. Your question is not specific enough even to start an answer.

Hi OngJunYew,

this is indeed a small survey. This should not take so long to save.

Further question: does your survey have complex notifications to send or does it have a script that starts triggered by finishing the survey?

The first thing that I would do is upgrade to the most recent version of LimeSurvey 3, since your installation is 2 years old. But this will make your installation more safe, but possibly not faster.

Can you empty the caches of your installation?

Go to: configuration > global settings > general and push the button for "Clear assets cache" and try again.

Try it with a simple one-question survey.
