My LimeSurvey version: 5.3.2

Recently I upgraded my LimeSurvey installation from 3.28 to 5.3.2. Before that I clone the existing installation in other folder to keep a backup. Everything works fine. However, on the new version (5.3.2) if I click on the public statistics site with the same path structure I receive the 404 error: Unable to resolve the request "statistics_user/action". 
On the old system it still works fine. 
I tried on other server with V 3.28 and V.5.3.2 and there is error with V5. 
Can someone help me to resolve the issue? Any hint is very appreciated.

The 404 error means "Not found". So my guess would be that you are missing some files on LS 5.3.2.

How did you upgrade? Manually or via Comfort Update?

By the way, the latest version is 5.3.5. Maybe there was a file missing in 5.3.2 or a bug, who knows?

All in all, I would first try it with the lastest version and make sure that the files in the Zip file are all on the server (Uploading via FTP sometimes misses a few files, not too uncommon).

If you are using the latest version, all files are where they should be and the problem still persists, it is time to create a bug report.

I updated from 3.28 to 5.3.2 with Comfort Update. I did it with the both systems on 2 different servers. And I just updated to 5.3.5 also with Comfort Update but the problem still persists. I guess it is a bug.

This is reproducable in the SaaS Version 5.3.4.
So, file a bug report.
