Finally, I found the tutorial ( youtu.be/7134QebOQzY ), the last part of the video is exactly what I need: Two values on each side in an array type. BUT……
After setting a 10-point scale with 2 values on each side, all the items crash together in the front-end interface. 

How can I solve this?  I want to give them a good space for each other. Make them look better in a better design.

Yes, find it works, but I couldn't  figure out the meaning of numbers. It shows"Set the percentage width of the (sub-)question column (1-100)", I think if I set 24, it mean each sub-question will takes 24% of the width, but the result seems no in that way. Could you teach me how to understand it? Thanks!!!

Yes, and as you splitted the subquestion into two parts, each will take 12%.
Here it is set to 50.
You see each side takes about 25%

Hi all, I'm using 5.3.11 and it is hosted on LimeSurvey. We're using the fruity theme. 

Is there any way to ensure that the 2 values/subquestions on either side of this question does not break into two lines as seen in the image attached? We have label wrapper width set as hidden as we would like the scale centered underneath the question. Is it just a matter of shrinking the text size or is there any applicable code that forces both values to stay in one line?

So you should use at least @media queries to set a min-width.

But as you use the "ticks" javascript I do not know if it will work.

If already using JavaScript, you should be able to move the left/right labels under the slider, providing more room for both the labels and the slider.

Can you attach a small sample survey (.lss file) containing only the relevant question?
