Hi!
I'm new to LimeSurvey, but have a lot of experience with similar programs. I have created a survey on which i worked for 10 day and finally when i wanted to send invitations i get a warning message ("There were no eligible emails to send. This will be because none satisfied the criteria of: having a valid email address not having been sent an invitation already not having already completed the survey having an access code having at least one use left").
I added 5 participants (my collegues) to test, generated tokens, but can't send invitations.Here is the screenshot of participant tab:
In the screenshot the emailadresses are readable. I recommend to remove the personal data from the public web.
The error message is typical if you choose sending reminder instead of invitations. That are two different email routines.
LimeSurvey 4 is no longer in development. I recommend to update to LS 5 soon.
I know that there are new versions, but this is not my server and i'm not sure how much administrator are willing to update it to the latest version. I will certainly contact them to see.
I would try to set "Bypass date..." to On and check again.
Have you or others ever used the sending feature with this installation? It is possible that this old LS4 version has a bug in the sending routines as well.

Yes, i have asked on of the administrator before the usage of LimeSurvey and he told me that it works and that they use it. Will contact them again
In LS5 you can just edit the field and write OK in it.
Check if that is working in the buggy LS4 you use.
Ask you administration to prepare a LS5 installation soon. Perhaps start from scratch instead of upgrading the LS4 installation. It won't be the last bug.
