Mandatory fields mis-detected as empty on Brazilian govt covid survey was created by Samtuke
This is probably not actionable, but reporting just in case: This site is using LS and there's a bug on the form with dates, as shown in this video:   youtu.be/j2NkZRgtHu4

This should be reported to the person that created the survey. We have nothing to do with this.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
