Hi,
I am trying to print my survey, to send it to the participants for information. Data will be collected digitally, later.
For that I am using under "Display/Export" the option "Export printable survey" because it shows me print version right away.

So far so good. But I am using in many questions conditions, when this question will be shown. These conditions are printed as well - see the attached PDF (pages 3/4). And in some questions there are quite voluminous. Is there any way to hide these conditions?

To choose other export option does not work for me, because e.g. with the quexml-pdf I have other proplems (here the javascript is printed as well)

I tried to hide the passage by CSS - but exactly these passages don't have any CSS-classes assigned:
Code:
<div id="question" class="text-short question-wrapper">
    <div class="q-text">
        <h3> Sie haben als Quellmärkte Länder eingegeben, die nicht in der Liste waren. Bitte nennen Sie uns diese Quellmärkte.
            <span class="mandatory"></span>
        </h3>
        <p class="q-scenaria"></p><div class="strong">Beantworten Sie diese Frage nur, wenn folgende Bedingungen erfüllt sind:</div> <div class="scenario"> -------- Scenario 1 --------</div>

Anybody had a similar problem? Anybody can think of a solution? I attached also the survey group concerned.
Cheers,
Ralf

Well, first of all, somehow these conditions are necessary even in a print version of the questionnaire. Of course not as code, but as an instruction (only answer this question if condition XYZ, etc.).

Also, in our practice usually the questionnaire is developed in a word document and only when approved it goes into programming. So if we would have to share a document, we would create a PDF from this document. Don't you have a document that was base for your online questionnaire?

To your actual problem: I have no idea on how to hide these sections.

Hi Holch,
thanks for the quick reply! I did no want to question the sense of conditions in the print version - just in some cases (like my example) it is just too much.
Unfortunately we develop the questionnaire right in Limesurvey, so we don't have any word version at all.

Hi Denis,
thanks for your reply! Unfortunately this option is in every question format available - except in this one (short free text).

Arg …

Think it's an issue , if you can report.

Can you use a Long text question type ? With row to 1  ?

If you hadn't used this "outdated" condition builder,  but an equation to calculate one value and used "relevance equation" to display or not the question, it is a lot shorter.

But there seems to be an issue, if I understand this correctly, you should see a text here instead of the equation.
