The radio button "other" is not included in the statistics for single choice BUG was created by Burkaran
Hello all,
I am new here. I hope my question has not already been asked, however, I did not find it with the search function.
In the single choice questions you can activate "other", which then manifests itself as another radio button or entry with a text field.
The problem is that when you evaluate the questionnaire in "Statistics", "other" is displayed in the diagram as an axis label, but even if the users have selected it, it is not added, so it is impossible to get a value on "other" in the diagram (see screenshot number 1 and 2). - At least, I have not been able to do it.
It even shows me as Not "completed or Not displayed" (see screenshot number 3) and that is not the case with the other questions.
Interestingly, the "other" field is correctly included in the statistics when used in a multiple choice question. There it is counted as a value to the chart as expected.
Do any of you have a solution or is this actually a bug?
In addition, "other" under "Responses" seems to work even for Single Choice Questions, but not in "Statistics".
Thank you very much in advance!
Best regards,
Burkaran

Hi,
as usual the first question:
Which version of LimeSurvey are you using?
