Can't resume from emailed link

Hi there.I have created a public open survey and am testing the Resume Later feature.Loading the unfinished survey works fine if I enter the Name and Password that I saved. However, if I click on the link in the "Saved survey details" email, it displays a notification that "There is no matching saved response."My settings:
I do not have a participant table; I want it to be public and open.
All of the settings on Participant Setttings are ON, and turning some off doesn't seem to change it.
In Notifications and data settings, "Participant may save and resume later" is turned on.Thoughts? Do I have something misconfigured, or is this something that can't be done without Registration?Ray

You forgot to mention the most important part: Which Limesurvey version are you on?

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

This doesn't really help much. I don't use the SaaS service so I don't know which version of limesurvey they are currently running. I guess something LS 3.x

You find this information on the bottom right of each page in the limesurvey backend.

But as a paying customer of the Limesurvey GmbH you can open a support ticket with them.
