I would like to know if the presentation (first page) is possible:
1. change the background to a white box like the questions;
2. justify the text so that it is not centered;
3. end the separation of syllables at the end of each line.
If possible, how? What codes can I use?

I am not really sure what you talk about. The "welcome" page? 
But:
1. All standard themes (bootswatch, vanilla, fruity) show a white background.

2. The description text is centered by default, the welcome text is left aligned.
 
a. do not use this description text, or
b. surround it by a div with your desired alignment.
Here left-aligned.  

3. I do not see any separation of syllables here. You have to force this by inserting something like "<wbr>" or "­"

As you did neither mention your used LS version nor your used theme, at least you ought to show your issues in a screenshot (of course with all necessary informations).
