Blank page at a certain point of the form was created by belsange

Hello,

I am currently working on a form ( enquetes.auf.org/798628?lang=fr ) and at “SECTION 7” a blank page loads. I think it is because of the question with the code “Rubrique07Q01” but I can’t seem to find the problems.

Please help, thank you
