Hello everyone, 

I am trying to customize the spacing for my survey title, but see no options to do so. Would anyone know what to do? 

I have  LimeSurvey  - Version 2.65.1+170522 for reference.

What do you mean with "spacing" exactly?

If you want to change how the font appears, you will need to include a span with css code in this field for this title.

  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Right now, the title appears like the image provided i.e Pediatric Obesity Management in Canada: Current Attitudes and
Practices of Physicians Towards Bariatric Surgery and Pharma-
cotherapy in Youth 

 However, I would like to space is like this:

So not spacing, but you want to put line breaks?

This code should do the trick (not tested):
Code:
Pediatric Obesity Management in Canada:<br>
Current Attitudes and Practices of Physicians Towards<br>
Bariatric Surgery and Pharmacotherapy in Youth

The br-tag is forcing line breaks. However, please be aware that on small screens there might appear other additional line breaks to the the space available in the browser.

By the way, your installation is now over 4 years old (and from a branch that isn't really the best of all Limesurvey branches, to say it friendly).

Your installation hasn't received any bug fixes and security updates for over 4 years now. Not really something one should collect data with over the internet.

There have been numerous updates for the 2.5x branch since, but it is also deprecated for a couple of years now. There have been various major releases since (we are currently at LS 5.x).
