Statistics issues on mobile was created by brais24
Hi again community, I have the "Versión 3.25.6+201229" version of Limesurvey, all seems to work fine but if I try to check the simple or advanced statistics from my mobile, the statistics looks like the image, on my old 2.72 Limesurvey version, I can check the statistics from mobile without problems, ¿is there any way to fix this?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

As you can see, the statistic only appear on the half of the screen, and that on landscape, on portrait directly you only can see a blank page, looks like the left menu push the statistics to the right.

Please refer to the manual, your device is well below the minimum supported screen size.

Yes,
This is not really a bug because it's not officialy supported .
But if it work better on 2.73 : please report the issue.

Limesurvey stopped to support small screens in the back end, just too much work for little outcome. Generally, if you work with Limesurvey, you don't do it via a mobile phone. Yes, sometimes it might be convenient to have a quick look via a mobile phone. But I don't think it is worth to spend valuable resources on this. There are so many other things that are far more important to be done or fixed in Limesurvey. I consider it a nice to have to be able to see the statistics well on a mobile phone, but that's it.

I agree, either do it correct, or not do it at all.
Maybe better to completely disable this on screens that are smaller than xx pixels wide.

Of course it would be ideal if it worked.
But I don't see it that problematic. Why disable it on certain screens? More work, you need to test where it works and where it doesn't, it might still provide at least some information, even if not ideal, etc.
Currently I don't think we should spend 1 minute of resources on this, as long as it works on Notebooks and above. Once developers have too much time on their hand, I would be happy for them to look into this...
Different philosophies, I guess...

For now: OK, because resources are low.
But with a more user oriented view: either do it good, or not do (= show) it at all.
Because showing things that perform badly, shows bad development and deteriorates your brand.
Not showing statistics on a small screen with a message: "Statistics can only be viewed on a large screen" shows that developers have made a well thought choice. Users will understand that (or have to live with it)
My philosophy...

If you look at the 2 screenshot : a developer make bad code.
Make bad code : 1 minute
Fix bad code : 2 hours
We must report when something is deprecated even if it's not officially supported.
