In an anonymous survey no token is saved in the response set. What should a plugin reload?

Hi, I need to use anonymous responses because the response is like a vote (unique and anonymous). And the scenario that we must solve is to avoid a participant answering the same survey twice, at the same time, from two different computers. Because we only need one answer per token.

The plugin "reloadAnyResponse" solves this problem in non-anonymous surveys, with this excellent feature -> "Time to disable multiple access (in minutes): since editing an answer by 2 people at the same time can replace the current answer made: a once to disable multiple access for all responses taken. This was also used with the token-enabled survey and response persistence. ".

But now I just need to know if it is possible to use this great feature with anonymous surveys.
