I trying to make a border just around the Radio items, to make it look like a ladder. The task is to make it look like in the print version. Unfortunately I am just making boders around the buttons and the numbers together. Can someone help?

It would help if you would show the code that you are using, I guess.

Also, it would be important to inform your version of LS and also the template/theme that you are using.

It won't be a trivial task on the newer versions as the radio buttons are actually pseudo-elements.

We use pseudo element on vanilla if i don't make error.

Thank you for the information. So pseudo-element means, that there is no table around every where I can color the borders? Do I get that right? I thought I maybe had trouble finding the right position.

We have a organization template as basic that is fruity. Lime Survey version is 5.0.2+210607.

Is it the same with the buttons in array questions?

Array questions do use a table structure but the radio buttons are also pseudo-elements so wrapping their parent <label> elements may yield odd results.
