Hi LS community! We are creating a survey for international participants but every time I type or paste Arabic letters, it turns into question marks after saving.

Hi Denis. I was just starting to build the survey so the question marks were in the survey title, description, and questions. I'm a beginner here at LS too so not sure what SQL means. Thanks
Thanks Holch! It's hosted on our university's server and I might be able to contact someone in case admin changes are needed. Is there an article somewhere that talks about the 'right' setting to use?
I am not a server or database specialist, so I prefer not to make any recommendations there. I just remember that people with similar problems needed to adapt the database settings.
However, usually the adminstrators of university installations are very, let's say "conservative" when it comes to changes to the installation, especially those that would impact all users (like in this case).
Denis or Jelo might know better.

Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
