Hi,

I need my participants to submit a text and report the name of the authors and their affiliation.

Since I don't know in advance how many authors are there for each participant, how can I have a button or something similar so that participants can add as many author-affiliation fields as they want.

I hope this is clear enough.

wow, these are great. For the QuestionExtraSurvey the usability is a little bit confusing. Not sure what all the buttons are for. I think this is too complicated for survey takes (it already confuses me and I am not sure what happens when you click on "Save and quit" for example - does it save only that response, or the whole survey, or...). But the options are really nice!

Buttons at bottom are related to surey in dialog box only.

Then : Save and quit mean «Save and close current response lien».

Yes : i'm unsure on each button text. Some of my client replace by "Save as draft" and hide other button (dialog box use twig in tehme).
