Hi all - I am creating a survey that is in English with a Spanish language option. At the beginning of the survey, however, the "change the language" button is in English. How do I make this button on the English/primary version in Spanish so it's easy to find/navigate for Spanish speakers? Thank you!

If it is an open survey you may distribute one of the two links
 
either "spanish" or "english"

In surveys we often see a full screen approach for the first page when it comes to choosing a language.

Then a DropDownField with English as default selection.

A Radio-Button question for a selection of languages would be an alternative. But as Joffm suggested, a link could be uses on each of the sentences as a preselection too,


 

Yes, I almost always go with Jelo's approach. A multilingual intro page with large buttons to select the language. The "Next" button is initially hidden, then appears in the correct language when one is selected.
