There are too many blanks between logo and question, how to delete？

No clue because you don't give the LimeSurvey version and theme used.

If you don't show the progress bar or group name/description, extend the theme and add this to the end of custom.css:

.fruity .top-container {
    display: none;
}

Or, modify the HTML in progress_bar.twig.
