No German translations for 'data policy' and 'Legal notice'

No German translations for 'data policy' and 'Legal notice' was created by jose_bu
Hi,

I am creating a German-English survey using LS Professional Version 3.25.17. I added my data policy and the legal notice to the footer of the survey. When testing the German version, there is no translation for the terms :
  • data policy (needs to be 'Datenschutzerklärung')
  • legal notice (needs to be 'Impressum')
  • Close (needs to be 'Schließen')
I was able to translate Close by editing the bootstrap theme by changing Close to {{gT( "Close" )}}.
However, this does not work for the other two terms. I looked them up in the translation-project, where I found nothing.
Is there a quick way to fix this problem?

Hi,
you say you added your OWN privacy policy and legal notice into the footer.
How did you do this?

I used some parts of "privacy_modal.twig"

So no issue.
   




Regarding "legal notice".
As this is not part of LimeSurvey you may use this as a start.
It's about logos depending on language; but you may adapt.

There is a German translation of "privacy policy"

I replaced

.
For Legal notice, I wrote this:

{% if aSurveyInfo.languagecode == 'de' %} Impressum {% else %} Legal notice {% endif %}
So it works.
