Hi people, I try to explain the issue that I have the best I kno.

I have a closed survey (survey with participants table) configured to allow the participants go to the survey and complete it, just one time.

Well, one participant send the survey without all questions answered, so I give her another chance on participant table, I set the "complete" field to "No" and the uses left to "1", but if you go in to the survey with the token of that participant, the survey loads empty, I check the answer and the answer still there, but if I go to the survey with that token appears empty, without any question filled.

Any Idea What is going on or how can I give access to that participant with the responses?

The LS version of this survey is 2.72.3+171020

But what are your settings for "response persistence"?

If this is off, the questionnaire correctly should start empty.

So this sounds to me, that she did not fill the questionnaire, but sent it empty. Then of course, there is nothing to show for Limesurvey.

The survey has many questions, and many of them is not mandatory, for that reason send and finish the survey without answer all.

But as I say, I can see the answers, and the questions that have answer if I inspect the participant, appear empty if I launch the survey with his token.

OK, so the respondent did skip (not too suprisingly) questions that are not mandatory.

So what about "response persistence"?

If token based response persistence is off, each new click on the link will start a completely new response, rather than starting from where they left off.

If token based response persistence is on, respondents should usually be able to start where they left off. However, as she did not stop somewhere in the middle, but rather skipped some of the questions, you might need to change also the "last page" for this respondent. Because Limesurvey will jump into the questionnaire where the last page was that they visited.

I actually think in this case, it would be best to let her start new.
