Where can I buy premium package to download this theme? And I need Material Design theme, anyone have it and can share here?

You need a ComfortUpdate or a LimeSurveyHosting package subscription to download these "premium" content. If that subscription is in place.

Are you sure you want a theme, which is only compatible for LimeSurvey Version 2.73? This version is no longer in support and EndOfLife. LimeSurvey 3.X is needed.
