Border missing in table rows (hover mode)

Border missing in table rows (hover mode) was created by elissa
Hello colleagues,

When moving with mouse over the table rows the background colour changes. However, the bottom and right border lines in answer options cells are gone in the hover mode. The borders are OK for subquestions cells. I tried to fix it myself but with no success so I'm asking for your help. I would like to have borders for all cells of the table. The screen attached.

LS 3.25.16+, Fruity theme
