 I have LimeSurvey Version 3.19.1+191009. I created a questionnaire in EN that I translated into FR, DE, ES, IT. Everything correct there. When I visualise the different versions only the EN and the IT versions visualise correctly, scrolling down to show all the questions. The FR, DE and ES versions bug and only show the first two questions. Any thoughts about where the problem lay? I have done exactly the same for each of the versions.

What do you mean by "visualise" a version?  The wording "scrolling down to show all questions" indicates your survey has all questions on one page?
A typical issue would be a broken HTML-Code. If you copy paste the translation into the survey, certain language versions might have a broken HTML code in a certain question. The browser then cannot correctly render the rest of the page correctly.

You still didn't say what you mean with "visualize". On which screen is this happening? do you have a screenshot?

"Visualise" means that when I send the links to answer the questionnaire, the people opening the links from the FR, DE and ES versions do not go any further when they scroll down than what you see in the attachment (screenshot). There are 5 more missing questions that do not display.  

Maybe manual.limesurvey.org/Check_data_integrity needed ?

And questions appear in manual.limesurvey.org/Check_survey_logic_-_Advanced ?
