When I export my responses, for one of the responses to a queston, it provides "N/A" in the cell boxes instead of a Y or N. Also when i got   to  "Responses and statistice" and select "Display  Responses," the question does not show on the list, but when I go to the survey, the question is listed. This only happens with a particular question on a particular survey. When I export the question and import it into a different survey I use for testing purposes, it shows up in the resonses and shows the Y or N in the appropiate boxes in the exported file. Could this be a bug? I am using LimeSurvey 3.24.5+201104

is there a condition or a relevance equation that hides this question?

I think only with an LSS export we can really help here.
