I'm new with LimeSurvey and I'm a bit lost..

I would like to set up a kind of little game where you have a list of items which all have different predefined values and people can pick up their favorites items but they can't exceed a total value of 100 for instance.

Is it possible to do that with LimeSurvey ?
How should I do ?
