Group description field not display before the questions

Group description field not display before the questions was created by PERCOM
Hi,

I am using limesurvey version 4.314. I would like to display group description of the questions before the questions appear group by group.I have tried selecting show both option in presentation settings for both survey and global settings too.But still it does not display. Please I do not know what wrong I am doing.

It will be of great help.

What theme/template are you using? The theme might not even show the question group.

Also, LS 4.x isn't stable yet, so there are quite a few bugs.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

Just tested this in the demo installation of Limesurvey (Version 4.3.28). Works like a charm. Shows both, the Group Title and the Group Description. I guess the problem is with your theme then.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply. I am using extended vanilla but tried using only vanilla also. Can it depend on the administrator theme selection?
