I attached my .lsq, I followed the instructions from you and the manual of how to add java-script to a question. Maybe you can have a look and let me know where my mistake is.

Hi,
what is the base language of your survey?
I tried to import in English but without success.

lsg and lsq exports are language sensitive.
So to import a lsq file we have to
  • guess which base language you used,
  • create a survey with this base language,
  • create a group
Therefore we always ask for lss exports (with only the relevant questions).
Best to copy the survey, remove everything not needed and export as lss.

Hi Joffm,

sorry, I forgot that that indeed complicated it. I attached, an .lss file with a strongly shortened version of the questionnaire. In either case, the base language is german.

There is a blank here
input [type="text"] between "input" and "[type..."
Remove it.

And revise the styling of your question texts.
From where did you copy it?

It's an orgy of <span>.
