I am a Limesurvey administrator in the company. The user asked me to allow everyone to add users who would have access to the surveys. Unfortunately, as I noticed, it is only possible if I grant the super-administrator rights. Then, however, it is possible to view and delete other users' polls. Is there any way to unlock this feature without adding a super administrator?

«Group member can only see own group» to NO on global settings.

By default, non-admin users defined in the LimeSurvey management interface will only be able to see other users only if they belong to at least one common group. If the administrator sets this to 'No', then the users can see all the users defined in the LimeSurvey User Control panel, regardless of the group they belong to
