Two weeks ago we deisgned and activated 2 surveys with several quotas set to 0.
There were several single choice radio lists with more than 4 or more options. One of these was a 'correct' answer and the survey was terminated for anyone who did not click on the correct option.
The two surveys were activated and these quotas were working throughout. We completed our quality control procedures which ended with a check that all wrong answers in these lists were forcing survey termination.
We have now come back to the surveys and no quota in either of the surveys is working.
The only change is that one was deactivated and re-activated. The other was not touched.
Do you have any idea what we did for the quotas not to work anymore?
I find it highly unlikely that a working quota will stop to work without any influence form outside. As this happened to wto differen surveys, one was de-actived in between, the other one not, I think we can exclude the deactivation as they cause.
Did you do an update recently (either a Limesurvey update or a server update)?
Of course with the little information available, it is hard to tell what could be the cause.
LS 3.23.4 was released on 21.09.2020, so it is fairly recent, so could it be that your installation was updated from a previous version to LS 3.23.4 in between the date when it was tested and worked and now that it does not work?
Help us to help you!
Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).
