Multiple numerical input next to eachother was created by ProjetLions
Hello! I want to put two numerical input next to each other so the question would look like this :

What is your child's age?
_______ month and _______ days

I can not find a javascript equation that can solve this on internet...

Hi,
though I do not see any necessity not to use a multiple numerical input or an array(numbers) with one row and two columns here you find two solutions.
The first with dropdowns.
In my opinion the number of month is limited to a few (otherwise the number of days is quite senseless).
So a dropdown is the best way to avoid silly inputs like 0 months, 45 days.

Second is the solution with plain text inputs

It's the same script as in the first solution except this

In the script exchange all "select" to "input".
