Hello! I want to create a "multiple options with comments" question, but I don't want to have a "comment section" for every subquestion (I just want to have a comment section available for subquestion 1&2)... I tried a few things that I found on internet, but nothing is working...

Example (it's just an example, not the real question!!) :

Do you like animals?
-Yes I do Which one : __________
-Yes, sometimes Which one : __________
-No
-I don't want to answer
