Survey Owner vs. Survey Administrator was created by mimibushart
When setting up a survey, on the General Survey Settings screen, what is the difference between a "Survey Owner" and "Administrator"?
The expressions seem to be used inconsistently throughout the program and the manual is vague.

Owner : the survey technical owner: have all rights on it.
Administraor : text used to shown to particpant : when send email or in error page for example.

I update the manual, if you can check and correct it's great :)
