Time Date format limited was created by Whalley1

I'm using Version 4.3.10+200812. I only seem to have the date option in question type and not date and time. When selecting question type I am only offered Date/Time Type D.

I am writing a survey so people can book a room in our social club so need to ask for date and time. Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong?

If I go to Survey text elements, I don't get the option to select any gformat other than just dates
