What has happened to the Body Mass Index survey example in the LS manual?

in the ExpressionScript Engine - Quick start guide there used to be a downloadable example survey for BMI and another one for a Census survey.

Now both links point to this zip file which I don't understand what is.

I see there are very good examples in the ExpressionScript sample surveys , though.

That obviously was an error.
As the manual is a wiki you might have changed it.

I did this in the meantime.

By the way:
"Chosen is a jQuery plugin that makes long, unwieldy select boxes much more user-friendly."

Hello, yes I know it is a Wiki and there are also (very very very) small addictions of mine in it.
This time, though, I was puzzled because I did not get what had happened.
I didn't know Chosen, too. Is that used inside LimeSurvey?

BTW I'm working to translate this page: your corrections are not "marked for translation" and I cannot find them in the "translate" page. Is there something I can do about that?
Sometimes I have questions about the translation page but I cannot find a suitable forum to ask.
