Does anyone have something like this (see below) working?

I have a survey running with seven defined attributes four of which are used as default answers in the survey. These four, taken together, define a class (e.g. math 101, not an OO class). Attribute 5 is an instructor's email address. What I need to do is email each instructor a summary of the result for each class taught. The default strategy is to export a csv file (there's a bug there, but I have a work around for it), and then process that file in perl to produce the files for mailout.

A far better strategy would be to use the Limesurvey API and PHP to do this - that way the program could use the existing limesurvey graphics (which are very nice for this) and leave the user to basically push one software button to get the job done.

Has anyone got this working? and, if so, are you willing to share it?
