In this case it is always the best to activate the survey, enter some data and have a look at the responses.

You will see that
in QCode the filename is stored
in QCode_filecount the number of uploaded files is stored.
So you may use one of them, either e.g. "!is_empty(QCode)" or "QCode_filecount>0".
