My LS version is 3.22.25

I think some features of my survey are blocked and do not change the presentation, e.g. hide/show help:

In question 25, (Array tests type), the "Hide Help" button was initially set to "Disabled", then help was shown.I changed to "Enabled" to hide the help, but it is still shown.

Do you mean "Hide tip"? This is not for the help section, it is for the tip in the question text.
