View questions as column of a table was created by vito80ba
Hi all,
I'm new in Limesurvey, so excuse me if my question could be strange and/or to dummy :)

I make a survey with some Group of questions and several (simply) questions inside.

I wondering if there is any configuration hint or trick to obtain a view like a table. In other words, I need to list to user the group and questions like a grid, rather than a list of blocks,
ex:

Title of survey

Name of group 1
Q1 | Q2 | Q3 | Q4 | Q5
input field | input field | input field | input field | input field
Name of group 2
Q1 | Q2 | Q3 | Q4 | Q5
input field | input field | input field | input field | input field

etc

Thanks
Vito

To beginners I highly recommend to have a look through manual.limesurvey.org/question_types , it shows all question types available with images and explanations. Might take you 30-60min to get a good overview, but this time is well invested.

Because there you can encounter the question type "Array (Text)", which look s like what you are looking for.

manual.limesurvey.org/question_types#Array_.28Texts.29

I answer at the LimeSurvey forum in my spare time, I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH employee.

Thanks holch,
I forgot to wrote that the questions are different.
Ex: the first is a text field, the second one a boolean, the third a select choice, etc...
I read the manual, maybe the only way to achieve this is to write a specific template?

As your description is very vague (at least a small sketch would have been helpful)
you may have a look at this.
forums.limesurvey.org/forum/can-i-do-thi...west-template#188725

In my opinion you mix a bit the meaning of question, subquestion, and answer option
I think, what you call question is just the x-scale subquestion.
And group? Is it the subquestion of the y-scale?

And of course: The most important question: Which version of LimeSurvey are you using?

Thank you.
Sorry for my vagueness :-)
Your tip is very interesting.
Now I'm trying to view the survey in "all content in a page" and, with some css tricks, to list the questions as a grid (thanks to flexbox).
