Cannot upload CSV file

Cannot upload CSV file was created by RBIQA100
Please help it has been days now. I cannot upload the CSV file (I am using MacBook).
The message is:

Failed to create token entries
52 records in CSV
52 records met minimum requirements
0 records imported
Warnings
52 records with invalid email address removed

    I have attached my CSV file...not sure what is wrong with it...

There are quotes around each single line.
So each program will read this as one entry.

Meaning there is neither an entry "firstname" nor "lastname" nor "email",
but only one word "firstname;lastname;email"

Remove the quotes.

Thank you for the prompt response. I am sorry but I am a bit challenged when coming to understanding CSV. The quotes are the ; ?

e.g. derekbuchlerfrodo.dodo@gmail.com or
Derek Buchler frodo.dodo@gmail.com

Create at least one token in the GUI, export the token list and edit the resulting CSV file in Libreoffice Calc (as Denis suggests).
