Hello, I'm John, I've just installed Version 4.2.7+200604 of LimeSurvey. I started to use it, configuring global settings. When I create my first survey, I try to create groups and the SAVE button don't appear in the screen so I can't save what I try to create.

Can someone help me with the issue?

I can only recommend to currently NOT use LS 4.x for production.

Stay with LS 3.x LTS for now. LS 4.x has still too many "hickups".

But in any way, please report the bug in the bug tracker.
Help us to help you!
  • Provide your LS version and where it is installed (own server, uni/employer, SaaS hosting, etc.).
  • Always provide a LSS file (not LSQ or LSG).

I have this issue some times too …

But disappear when reload same page.
Assistance on LimeSurvey forum and LimeSurvey core development are on my free time.
I'm not a LimeSurvey GmbH member. - Professional support - Plugins, theme and development .

Maybe need to update ?

Else : +1 for @holch : use 3 LTS currently seems the best solution.
